RULES OF OUR SCHOOL
- The hours of Attendance are from 9.00 a.m. to 4.20 p.m. Attendance for the Common assembly is compulsory.
- All Must Co-operate towards cleanliness of the school. Hence no papers or other rubbish should be thrown in the class rooms. But should be put into the bins provided for the purpose.
- Although every care is taken of the pupil’s property,the school is not responsible for any theft or loss of the same. students are not allowed to wear any gold ornaments or bring any valuable articles to the school.
- Cars cycles and other vehicles should be parked in the parking place allotted.
- No Collection of money for any purpose is allowed without the permission of the principal.
- Fine will be collected in the school office from the individual student or groups for the breakage of windows, Cup Boards, Desks. Benches Etc.,
- Personal hygiene and cleanliness are expected of all students.
- Every Students should be encouraged to Speak in English,
- Every Student Should endeavour to Keep the tone and fair name of the School by excelling in good manners.
- Absence on the re-opening day is not allowed.
- Uniform should be washed and ironed. Girls should come with double plait
- Lunch should be sent along with a lunch towel and a Spoon
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
To Parents
- Parents should ensure that their wards bring his/ her school diary every day to school.
- Parents should check the school diary of their wards and ensure that the assigned home work is completed by them.
- Remarks by the teachers should be acknowledged by the parents.
- Parents may meet the Principal on any working day with prior appoinments.
- Parent’ s attendance is essential for the Parents-- Teachers meeting to follow up the child’s academic progress and to collect the report cards.
- parents who wish to meet the faculty ( Other
than PTM) may fix an appointment as follows.
KG Classes: Saturday
Between 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm.
Classes I - X Fourth Saturdays of every month
between 2.00 pm - 3.00 pm. - parents have to be formally dressed up when they are in the school premises.
- Parents should use ‘ Leave Record’ page in order to avail leave of their wards.
- Parents are requested not to send their wards to school in case they are suffering from contagious or infectious diseases.
- It is extremely important to keep home and address records current., so that the school personnel can contact parents in the event of emergency.
- If parents bring forgotten items to school, the office will try to contact the student when it is least disruptive to the learning period.
- Classes will not be interrupted for any non- emergency reason.
- In case of emergency, parents will be informed over phone and they must report to office, not to collect their ward directly from class.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
To Students
- Students are expected to be in the school by 8.20am.
- Must carry their school diary every day to school.
- Must bring text books and note books according to the time table.
- Should go to their respective classes on time.
- Should maintain corridor discipline while changing classes.
- To ensure safety, students are not allowed to play in the classroom.
- Wear clean uniform prescribed for the day of the week.
- Students who include in malpreactice during examination or test will be given zero.
- Students are not encouraged to bring large sum of money.
- Girls are not allowed to wear long earrings, rings, bangles nail polish and mehandi to school.
- Boys should get their hair cut at regular intervals.
- The boys and girls are not allowed to wear any ornament which is made up of Glod/ Silver.
- The students are not allowed to wear- watches in the school Premises.
